FT214e ~ Nanny Meiers Tea Cosy

Knit in many colours, this cozy was made from scrap yarn left from other long ago knitting projects. A wonderful use of upcycling.

The firmly knit ruffles create a thick, thermal effect which is very practical for keeping your tea nice and warm.

Using Nanny Meier's cosy as a guide, we increased the gauge slightly, sized it to fit 3 sizes of tea pots and have shown two planned colour combinations along with her original.

Sizes: To fit 2 (4, 6) cup tea pots.
>br>Gauge:
22 sts = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.
32 sts = 4" (10 cm) in pattern stitch.
